Steve started skiing at 10 years of age after being introduced to it by his parents. After competing and training around the world he began to learn his trade as a coach while Studying Mechanical Engineering at Reading University. In this role as National Coach he worked with some of the best coaches in the world who helped to develop his skills and knowledge which lead to him being asked to fulfil the role as Under 21 Team Captain. In 2012 Steve took control of OWSC and hasn't looked back since, developing the site as a Centre of Excellence and a place where some of Britian's best skiers of all ages can train and develop and others can enjoy their hobby!
