Creating a Tournament Page
If you do not already know about our Tournament Pages then please view this page.
You, the Tournament organizer requests the tournament to be sanctioned with their national federation. You fill out basic information about your event(s). Once you get it approved and have a sanction number you can proceed to step 2. (The official federation sanction number is what is used to create your tournament page so this is very important to be correct.)
Next – If you have not already, you can visit this link on worldwaterskiers.com to create a ski site account – https://worldwaterskiers.com/ski-site-registration/ or click the button below. Note: This will open a new page.
Here you can create an account for your ski site. This will enable you to manage your ski site profile, tournament pages, posting detailed information, photos, videos, news, webcast, results, etc…
Please note – you will have to sign up with a different email to the one you used for your personal account on WWS. Normally we would suggest using an email associated with the ski site.
You can then log in to your account by clicking the login button in the top right of site. Use the Username and Password you used when filling out the form in the previous step.
Once logged in, Click on the Tournaments in the left menu. You should then see a page listing out events that you have sanctioned. Click on “Add Tournament Details”. This will create a page where you can add more info and upload photos, videos etc..
To add News articles for your event before, during and after, click the News tab on the left menu. Their you can see posts you’ve previously published and add new ones.
