- The Road to the lake is half way between Carozzi S.A to the North and Buin to the South. Take the exit on Ruta 5 for El Recurso from Panamericana. This is just North of the Pte Rio Maipo. Take the turning to the West and go along Rivera Nte Río Maipo. Follow the river going west for about 6km. Turn right onto Camino del inca. This leads right up to the lake.
