Adding a Tournament
Step #1 –

You, the Tournament organizer requests the tournament to be sanctioned with their national federation.

You fill out basic information about your event(s). Once you get it approved and have a sanction number you can proceed to step 2. (The official federation sanction number is what is used to create your tournament page so this is very important to be correct.)

Step #2 –

You can now visit this link on worldwaterskiers.com – http://worldwaterskiers.com/tournament-admin-registration/.

Here you can create a tournament admin account for your Waterski Site. This will enable you to manage your tournament pages, posting detailed information, photos, videos, news, webcast, results, etc…

Please note – you will have to sign up with a different email to the one you used for your personal account on WWS. Normally we would suggest using an email associated with the ski site so you can use it for more than one tournament.

Step #3 –

You can then log in to your account by clicking the login button in the top right of site. Use the Username and Password you used when filling out the form in the previous step. Once logged in you will see this page –

Step #4 –

If you do not see your tournaments already listed, please contact WWS and we will add your tournament and page. Once you see your tournament you can click on the blue name of your tournament to edit the page.

Step #5 –

Please try to fill out as much information as possible. The more information that is available to viewers the more they will visit the page and use the site. Please let us know if there are any other fields we can add to help make this even better.

Step #6 –

To add News articles for your event before, during and after, click the News tab on the left menu. Their you can see posts you’ve previously published and add new ones.

Step #7 –

WWS will help you promote your Tournament but DON’T FORGET TO UPDATE IT REGULARLY!!!
