Coming off the 2nd tour stop in France, the WWS Overall challengers head to the Alps, to the birthplace of Mozart, the home of Red Bull, and yet another gem of Europe, namely Austria. The Salmsee Club hosted the 1st pilot event in 2000, which kick-started the WWS tour. WWS is excited to be back working with the Salmsee Club, with its incredible track record in hosting the biggest events in our sport. Hosting multiple European Championships at every level and age category, as well as the unforgettable 2007 World Championships. Steyregg’s site is world-class and a perfect place for the overall skiers to showcase their skills and maybe set some new Tour Records.

Nach dem zweiten Tourstopp in Frankreich machen sich die WWS-Gesamtherausforderer auf den Weg in die Alpen, in die Geburtsstadt Mozarts, die Heimat von Red Bull und ein weiteres Juwel Europas, nämlich Österreich. Der Salmsee Club war Gastgeber der ersten Pilotveranstaltung im Jahr 2000, die den Startschuss für die WWS-Tour gab. WWS freut sich, wieder mit dem Salmsee Club zusammenzuarbeiten, der eine unglaubliche Erfolgsbilanz bei der Ausrichtung der größten Veranstaltungen in unserem Sport vorweisen kann. Er war Gastgeber mehrerer Europameisterschaften auf allen Ebenen und in allen Altersklassen sowie der unvergesslichen Weltmeisterschaften 2007. Das Gelände in Steyregg ist Weltklasse und ein perfekter Ort für die Gesamtskifahrer, um ihr Können zu zeigen und vielleicht einige neue Tourenrekorde aufzustellen.

Directions to Site
To reach the lake, drive from Linz city center towards Vöst and cross the Steyregger Bridge. Take the right exit from the bridge and continue on the main road. After driving for approximately 3 kilometers, turn right at the Bulgarian crossing and then make an immediate left. Follow this road to reach the lake. German Vom Zentrum von Linz aus fahren Sie Richtung Vöst, Steyregger Brücke. Von der Brücke aus benutzen Sie die rechte Ausfahrt, und folgen sie der Bundesstraße.
